Everyone is doing this beauty trend and we are obsessed. All the Celebs from Jessica Alba to P.Diddy to Chrissy Teitgen are taking selfies in a sheet mask, eye mask or lip mask.

These sheet masks have been an essential in Asian skin care especially in Korean skincare and now its made the way to the U.S and we loving trying one for every day of the week. They do everything for the skin from keeping the skin plump to brightening to hydrating.

They also come in variety of prices from budget friendly ones to high-end luxury sheet mask. Which ever one you chose to put on your face just remember to relax for 15 minutes, curl up to a good book and don’t forget to take a selfie and share it on Instagram like the rest of us!

From SK-II to Tony Moly to Dr. Jart+ these sheet masks have so many benefits for the skin. SK-II Facial Treatment Mask is great from all skin types from normal to combination to dry and it helps restore skin from looking dull and corrects uneven skintones.

According to Sephora, Tony Moly’s Coconut Face Mask Sheet is ”coconut-enriched face mask formulated to deeply hydrate and purify the skin. It’s made of a three-layer cloth sheet for better absorption and deeper penetration of essence into the skin.”

While Dr. Jart+ Sheet mask is a thermosensitive cellulose gel mask that enhances skin elasticity and firms skin. According to Sephora, “Thermosensitive gel is activated by body heat to release the beneficial ingredients infused within. The soft gel layer seals in the ingredients to maximize the effectiveness of the formula and recover from moisture loss.”
